SaaS subscription management in one clear list
SaaS subscription management is easiest when every subscription sits in one list with an owner, a cost, a billing cycle and a next renewal date. SassList builds that list from a card or bank statement export, so you start with what you really pay instead of what someone remembers.
One SaaS list for every subscription
Each row of the SassList table is a subscription: vendor, category, website, monthly cost, annual cost, billing cycle, last charge and predicted renewal date. You can sort, filter and export it to CSV or XLSX on every plan. Because the rows come from your statement, nothing depends on a team remembering to report a purchase. A tool bought on a personal project card last spring shows up the moment it appears in the export.
- Vendor, category and website per tool
- Monthly and annual cost
- Predicted renewal date from the charge history
Assign an owner to every subscription
A list without owners is a report. A list with owners is a process. On Team and Business you name one person for each tool, and that person receives the questions when the renewal approaches. Add notes such as why the tool was bought, what it replaced or what was promised by the vendor, and record the contract end date. Team supports up to 10 members with viewer or editor roles, so finance can edit while managers only read. For the seat side of ownership, read about software license management.
- One owner and one note field per tool
- Viewer and editor roles for up to 10 members
- Contract end date stored with the tool
Monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
Cycles hide cost. A tool billed yearly looks cheap on a monthly statement until the annual charge arrives, and a quarterly plan is easy to forget. SassList detects the cycle from the spacing of charges and normalizes everything to monthly and annual cost, so a $1,200 annual tool and a $100 monthly tool compare correctly. Predicted renewal dates follow the cycle. Alerts are emailed 30, 14 and 7 days ahead. To see how the calendar works with notice periods, read SaaS contract management.
- Cycle detected from charge spacing
- Everything normalized to monthly and annual cost
- Calendar of predicted renewals
SaaS subscription management without an integration
Import a fresh statement whenever you like. SassList merges new charges into the list, so new subscriptions appear and cancelled ones show their last charge. Starter allows 4 imports a month, Team 20 and Business 100. Nothing connects to your bank. The file is read in the browser and only descriptors are classified on the server. Our general guide is on the subscription management software page.
- Merge each new statement into the same list
- Cancelled tools show their last charge
- No bank login
Start with the list
Starter is $99 a month ($49.50 a month billed yearly, $594 billed), Team is $299 a month ($149.50 a month billed yearly, $1,794 billed) and Business is $799 a month ($399.50 a month billed yearly, $4,794 billed). Pick by the number of tools: 50, 250 or unlimited. See the pricing page for the full comparison.
