Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of SassList at sasslist.com. Last updated October 27, 2026. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. In these terms, "we" and "the operator" mean the operator of sasslist.com.
The service
SassList turns a card or bank statement export into a list of the software subscriptions a company pays for, with cost, billing cycle, predicted renewal dates and renewal alerts. Features depend on your plan, as described on the pricing page and the features page.
Your account
You create an account with an email address and a code sent to that address. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must give accurate information and be authorized to act for the company you use the service for.
Your data
You keep ownership of the data you import and the lists you save. You give us the permission needed to process that data to provide the service. Predicted renewal dates and categories are estimates based on the charges in your statements, and you should confirm important dates with the vendor.
Plans and billing periods
Paid plans are Starter, Team and Business, each billed monthly or yearly as you choose. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Yearly billing is charged as one payment for the year. Enterprise terms are agreed by email at [email protected].
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews at the end of each billing period for a period of the same length until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the plan until that date.
Payments and refunds
Charges for a billing period that has started are final, and amounts already paid are not refunded when you cancel or downgrade during a period. If a charge appears to be a mistake, write to [email protected] and we review it.
Usage limits
Each plan includes limits on tracked tools, statement sources, imports per month, team members and descriptor lookups. Limits apply within the billing period. Usage is consumed when it happens, and deleting a tool or an import does not give the usage back. Unused usage does not carry over to the next period.
Changes to prices
We may change prices for future billing periods. We post the new prices on the pricing page before they apply to your next period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes trying to break or bypass its limits, interfering with its operation, reselling access without agreement, importing data you have no right to use, or using the service to break the law.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it is uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, change or pause parts of the service for maintenance.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. On closure, your saved lists are deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is. SassList is a planning and tracking aid and does not replace your own review of contracts and invoices. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
