SaaS Expense Management From Card and Expense Exports
SaaS expense management is hard when software charges hide in card statements, expense reports and invoices. SassList reads the export you already download, picks out the software subscriptions and shows each vendor with its monthly and annual cost, ready for month end.
Start from the exports you already have
Software spend rarely sits in one place. Some tools are paid on the company card, some by a founder on a personal card and reimbursed through an expense tool, some by invoice from the bank account. SassList accepts a CSV, XLSX or PDF export from a corporate card, a bank account or an expense tool. You can combine several sources, two on Starter, ten on Team and unlimited on Business, so the list covers every route software takes to your books. No bank login and no card migration are involved. You download the file, drop it in, and the statement is read in your browser.

Software charges separated from everything else
A statement has fuel, flights, lunches and rent next to the software. SassList matches billing descriptors to known vendors and tags each as a software subscription with a category and website, so the list contains the tools and not the noise. Descriptors are often cryptic, such as a payment processor prefix followed by a vendor code. Only those descriptors go to the server for classification, never the amounts, the card numbers or the rest of the line. Details are on the security page. Unknown descriptors are looked up and added to your list, and you can correct any match once so it stays right on the next import.
A software line you can close the month with
At month end the question is simple: what did we pay for software, and does it match what we expected. The list shows monthly cost, annual cost and the last charge for each vendor, with totals by category. Import the new month, see which tools are new, which changed price and which disappeared, then export the list to CSV or XLSX for the close file. Starter includes the export, and Team adds departments through owners so you can split the total. Because SaaS subscription management and renewals live in the same list, the expense view also shows what will be charged next month before it happens.

From expense lines to decisions
Tracking expenses only helps if it leads to action. Duplicate category detection on Team shows where three tools do the same job, and the savings view puts a figure on consolidating them. Pair this page with software spend management for budget views and with SaaS contract management for renewal dates. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Which exports work?
CSV, XLSX and PDF exports from corporate cards, bank accounts and expense tools. You can combine several sources in one list.
Does SassList see my full statement?
The file is read in your browser. Only the billing descriptors needed to identify vendors are sent to the server.
Can I use it for month end close?
Yes. Import the new month, review new and changed tools, and export the list to CSV or XLSX.
